How we work claims

We work with your Palm Beach County adjuster.

A lot of the noise in Florida roofing the last few years has been about contractor versus adjuster fights. We do not run that play. We focus on giving the adjuster what they need to approve a fair scope: clear photos, measurements, a written summary of the failure mode, and code references where they apply.

When we are honest up front, claims move faster, payouts land closer to what the repair actually costs, and you end up with a roof installed without a six-month detour through adjuster theatrics.

What we do

Four ways we help across Palm Beach, Martin & Broward Counties.

Damage documentation

Photos of every penetration, flashing, valley, and wind-lifted area. A written summary your adjuster can attach to the claim file.

Four-point inspections

Standardized inspection of roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC required by Florida carriers for many policies.

Wind mitigation reports

The state form that drives premium credits for hurricane-resistant features. Often pays for itself in the first year.

24-hour tarp service

When a roof opens up in a storm, we get a tarp on it within a day so the inside of your home stays dry while the claim runs.

After a storm

Your first 48 hours after a Palm Beach County storm.

  1. 1

    Stay off the roof

Do not climb up there. Wet tile, lifted shingles, and hidden structural damage are how people get hurt. Photograph from the ground.

  2. 2

    Call us for an inspection

We climb safely, photograph the condition, and write a report you can attach to your claim. The visit is free.

  3. 3

Tarp the roof if water is coming in

If the roof is open and the forecast is wet, we tarp first. Adjusters expect this and most policies require it as mitigation.

  4. 4

File the claim with your documentation in hand

When you have photos, a written summary, and a contractor on file, the first call to your carrier goes faster.
