Leo Roofing & Construction is a trade name of Leo Premier Homes LLC. Text messages, and the consent you give for them, are handled by that company.

Leo Roofing & Construction sends text messages to homeowners and property owners who ask us to. The messages relate to the job you contacted us about: confirming an inspection or estimate, letting you know when a crew is on the way, sharing a quote or an update once work is underway, and replying when you text us back. We do not send promotional blasts on this number.

You opt in by checking the text message box on a form on this site, by asking us to text you during a call or a visit, or by texting us first. The box on our forms is never checked for you and is never required. If you leave it unchecked, your request still reaches us and we will call or email you instead.

When you opt in we may send you one message confirming your signup. After that, message frequency varies and depends on your job and how often you write back. Message and data rates may apply, and those come from your mobile carrier, not from us.

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. We will send one confirmation that the opt out went through, and after that you will not hear from us by text. If you want to start again later, opt in the same way you did the first time.

Reply HELP at any point and we will reply with instructions on how to use the service and how to unsubscribe. You can also call us at 561-935-4979 and we will sort it out with you directly.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.

Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central Illinois (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

To send and receive these messages we share your number with the vendors who deliver them for us, which means our call and text tracking provider and the phone carriers that carry the message. They are only permitted to use it to deliver our messages to you. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to respond to a regulatory or government request, or to protect our rights and property.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone, and your number is never sold, rented, or passed to lead generators.
