Port St. Lucie is one of the fastest-growing cities in Florida, and the bulk of its residential construction happened in a concentrated window. Neighborhoods across St. Lucie West, Tradition, PGA Village, Torino, and the communities along Gatlin Boulevard and Crosstown Parkway were largely built out between the mid-1990s and the late 2000s.
