Our roof was nearing end of life. We got 4 quotes, one of which was from Leo Roofing. They were in the ballpark and, in addition, as general contractors, we didn’t need to sub out work for the screen enclosure or gutters. Leo Roofing’s teams for tear down and reroof were awesome to watch. As a former contractor, I know what good and not so good teams look like. They quickly tore the old roof off and prepped for the new roof. When the tile arrived (supply chain has been a bear since COVID), they were done in about 3 days including repairing stucco and new flashing. New gutters and paint finished the job. High quality work, reasonable and honest. Highly recommend Leo Roofing.

From meeting Frank Leo, the owner, to the last nail into my roof, it was a top notch experience.
The materials and techniques he uses surpass the other roofers we had gotten quotes from. His included new gutters, which theirs didn’t.
He was super patient in helping me select the tile color. That was really a hard process, but he gave me a bunch of houses to look at so I could decide. The tiles took a very long time to arrive, but that’s the manufacturer’s issue, not his.
His guys showed up on time and worked hard every day. There were no slackers in his crew and they all were able to answer my questions. Frank addressed any concerns, real or imagined, immediately. His responsiveness is really out of the ordinary. I’ve had a lot of work done on my house through the years and I have to say he’s a unique person. He wants to make you happy and will do what it takes.
My roof is beautiful and I know that it will stand the rest of time. With Florida weather, it feels great having that peace of mind.
